I’m a qualified counsellor offering a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and work through whatever feels difficult right now. Whether you’re feeling anxious, low in self-esteem, navigating grief, ADHD, menopause, or the effects of past experiences—no feeling is too big or too small to bring to therapy. I work with adults and young adults from all backgrounds, adapting my approach to suit you. I draw on person-centred therapy, psychodynamic thinking, transactional analysis, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), blending them in a way that fits your needs. My work is trauma-informed, with attention to emotional safety, pacing, and building trust. I have a deep understanding of the challenges associated with ADHD and perimenopause/menopause, and approach these areas with sensitivity and insight into how they can affect everyday life. When helpful, I also use creative tools—such as therapeutic cards, stones, sand tray, or online resources—to support expression when words don’t feel enough.
I support clients with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, ADHD, perimenopause/menopause, grief and loss (including pet loss), complex mother–daughter relationships, life transitions, cultural identity and immigration, emotional overwhelm, and challenges faced by young adults finding their place in the world. I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic, transactional analysis, CBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore different parts of themselves and understand how these parts influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. This approach can bring more self-compassion, clarity, and choice in how you respond to life. As a Certified Grief Educator, I offer compassionate support for all forms of grief, whether recent or long-standing, helping you make sense of its impact and find ways to move forward. I see my role as a partner in the process—walking alongside you with empathy and curiosity. At times I may be an anchor, offering steadiness when things feel unclear. Over time, therapy can bring greater self-understanding, new perspectives, and the kind of change that feels real and lasting.
