Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
I am an integratively trained psychotherapeutic counsellor, drawing on a range of theories and approaches to support clients with diverse needs and experiences. I welcome the spectrum of difference and individuality that each person brings to therapy.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. Together, as we explore both past and present with kindness and curiosity, we may notice relational patterns and the ways they have shaped your experience of self and others. As we reflect on your challenges and your strengths, I hope to nurture self-acceptance and self-compassion, while encouraging an awareness of your feelings in the present moment. Through this process, therapy can help you to make meaning of your experiences, process your difficulties, and discover new ways of moving forward with a greater sense of freedom.
