Principal Psychologist, Chartered Counselling Psychologist
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with a passion for supporting women’s mental health and well-being. My doctoral research focused on perinatal anxiety, which inspired a deep commitment to working with women across different life stages.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, EMDR, and Compassion Focused Therapy, combined with specialist knowledge in trauma, neurodiversity, and menopause. I am neuroaffirmative in my practice and currently undertaking further training in ADHD coaching.
I work full time in private practice, drawing on previous experience in NHS adult and perinatal mental health services, as well as work with children and adolescents. This has given me rich insight into the impact of attachment, parenting, trauma, and life transitions on individuals and families.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of healing. My role as a psychologist is to provide compassion, skills, and support so clients can reconnect with themselves, find meaning, and move forward with courage.
