I am a person-centred counsellor offering a calm and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and gently encouraged to explore your experiences. My own journey into counselling began through first-hand experience of the positive change therapy can bring, which inspired me to help others find their own paths toward healing and self-understanding.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, honesty, and respect. Together, we work at your pace — focusing on what feels most important for you in the moment, whether that’s processing difficult emotions, making sense of the past, or finding clarity in the present. I believe that therapy can offer not only relief from distress but also a deeper sense of connection, empowerment, and self-compassion.
I offer in-person, online, and walk-and-talk sessions for those who find being outdoors grounding. Whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer-term exploration, my aim is to provide a safe, nurturing space where you can move forward with greater ease and confidence.
