PhD, Certified EFT Practitioner and OCD / Anxiety Treatment Specialist
I have many years’ experience helping people improve the quality of their lives and create harmony in work, family, and personal relationships. My therapeutic approach integrates Attachment Theory with a range of evidence-based and experiential methods, including CBT, ERP, NLP, EFT, and “The Journey” Method.
While I specialise in supporting clients recovering from anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), I also work with co-dependent relationships, panic attacks, depression, shyness, addictions, childhood trauma and abuse, as well as questions of gender and life direction. My work has been featured on BBC Radio and in a variety of print and online publications.
