Practitioner Psychologist
CBT / EMDR / Mindfulness / Coaching
With nearly 30 years’ experience in mental health, I first trained as a psychologist in Argentina before continuing my career mainly in the UK. I worked for seven years in Oxford NHS mental health services before moving to Cambridge in 2010, where I founded the Cambridge Centre for CBT and the Cambridge Centre for Mindfulness.
Alongside my clinical practice, I have taught and supervised on postgraduate CBT programmes at the University of Hertfordshire, where I was awarded Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy, and I also contribute as a visiting lecturer at Queen Mary University of London.
I hold a Doctorate qualification in Counselling Psychology (BPS) and specialist training in CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, positive psychology, coaching, and EMDR. My approach brings together evidence-based therapies with a strong emphasis on values, resilience, and personal growth.
