I am an integrative psychoterapist with a special interest in eating and weight-related difficulties, drawing on psychological, nutritional, and behavioural approaches to support lasting change. My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience, and I bring empathy, understanding, and realism to the process of recovery and self-discovery.
My approach is integrative and collaborative. Together, we explore your relationship with food, body, and self with curiosity and compassion, making sense of the thoughts, emotions, and life experiences that may shape your patterns of eating and coping. I offer a reflective and supportive space to uncover what lies beneath cycles of control, guilt, or self-criticism, and to begin building a more peaceful and balanced connection with food and body.
Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or rigid plans, but about understanding, healing, and empowerment. As we focus on your strengths and values, we aim to create sustainable change—freeing your energy from constant struggle and helping you to live with greater ease, confidence, and self-acceptance.
