Sasha Mitrofanov

Sasha Mitrofanov

Certified EFT Practitioner and OCD & Anxiety Treatment Specialist offering integrative, attachment-informed therapy for adults.

I have many years’ experience supporting people to improve the quality of their lives and to create greater harmony in work, family, and personal relationships. My work is grounded in an integrative therapeutic approach that combines attachment theory with a range of evidence-based and experiential methods.

I aim to offer a thoughtful, structured, and supportive therapeutic space where difficulties can be explored in depth and meaningful change can take place.

How I work

My approach integrates Attachment Theory with a range of evidence-based and experiential therapies, allowing work to be tailored carefully to each individual’s needs and goals. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), alongside approaches such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and The Journey Method.

Therapy is collaborative and paced, supporting both symptom relief and deeper understanding of relational and emotional patterns that may be contributing to ongoing difficulties.
