Find a health / well-being therapist who meets your needs.
"It’s a scary thing trying to get help, but Cambridge Therapy Collective took a lot of that anxiety and fear out of the equation. I was able to get personalized recommendations on which provider from the team would best fit my needs."

FAQs
Do I need to know which therapist or therapy I want?
Not at all. Many people come to us unsure of what kind of support would suit them best. You’re welcome to browse our therapists and services, or you can contact us and we’ll help guide or match you based on your needs, preferences, and availability.
Can I contact a therapist directly?
Yes. Each therapist has their own profile with contact details, and you are welcome to reach out to them directly if someone feels like a good fit.
What if I’m not sure how to describe what I need?
That’s very common. You don’t need to have the “right words”. You can simply tell us a little about what’s been difficult for you, and we’ll help you think through suitable options.
Do you offer help with matching me to the right therapist?
Yes. If you’d like support with finding the right therapist, you can email us with your requirements and we’ll suggest one or more clinicians who may be a good fit.
Are sessions available in person and online?
Yes. Many of our therapists offer in-person sessions in Cambridge, online sessions, or a combination of both. Availability varies by practitioner and is listed on their profile.
How quickly can I start?
This depends on therapist availability, but we aim to respond promptly and help you access support as soon as possible. Some clinicians have immediate availability, while others may have short waiting times.
What types of difficulties do you support?
Our collective works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity, and emotional wellbeing. We also offer wellbeing services such as coaching and body-based approaches.
Do you work with children and young people?
Yes. Some of our therapists specialise in working with children and adolescents. You can filter for this on the site or contact us for guidance.
What are fees and how do I pay?
Fees are set by individual therapists and are listed on their profiles. Payment arrangements are usually made directly with the therapist you work with.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. All therapists within the Collective work in line with their professional and ethical guidelines. Confidentiality will be discussed clearly with your therapist at the start of your work together.
What if it doesn’t feel like the right fit?
Finding the right therapeutic relationship matters. If something doesn’t feel right, you’re welcome to discuss this with your therapist or contact us to explore alternative options within the Collective.
