Nicholas Rennie
Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor offering compassionate, collaborative support for adults experiencing stress, low mood, and life transitions.
Hello, my name is Nick, and I work as an Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I understand how difficult it can be to make contact with someone you do not yet know. Having sought support myself in the past, I bring empathy, understanding, and respect to the therapeutic relationship.
I aim to offer a non-judgemental and supportive space where you feel listened to and understood, and where we can work together to explore what you are experiencing.
How I work
My approach is collaborative and person-centred. I work alongside you, drawing on my core therapeutic approaches in a way that is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.
My focus is on supporting you to move out of discomfort and stuckness, making sense of thoughts and feelings connected to both present and past experiences. Therapy is shaped around you, with care taken to move at a pace that feels right and supportive.
