Michelle Miller

Principal Psychologist and Chartered Counselling Psychologist offering specialist, compassionate support for women across life stages, trauma, and neurodiversity.

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with a strong commitment to supporting women’s mental health and wellbeing. My doctoral research focused on perinatal anxiety, which continues to inform my work with women across different life stages, particularly during periods of change, vulnerability, and transition.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing. My role as a psychologist is to offer compassion, evidence-based skills, and thoughtful support so clients can reconnect with themselves, find meaning, and move forward with courage and confidence.

How I work

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs, values, and lived experience.

I am neuroaffirmative in my practice and bring specialist understanding of autism and ADHD. I am currently undertaking further training in ADHD coaching, allowing me to support clients with both emotional wellbeing and practical strategies for daily life.
