Dr Lucia Roberta Russo

Dr Lucia Roberta Russo

Chartered Psychologist and PhD offering bilingual psychological support for emotional wellbeing, relationships, and life transitions.

My name is Lucia Roberta Russo, and I am an Italian Psychologist with a PhD, offering psychological support in both English and Italian to people from all backgrounds and nationalities.

I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology at the University of Trieste and trained at the Mental Health Centre of Trieste, a world-renowned institution known for its progressive, community-based approach to mental health care.

I later completed my PhD at the Institute for Maternal and Child Health “IRCCS Burlo Garofolo”, the leading hospital in Italy for the quality of scientific research, particularly in maternal, child, and family mental health.

How I work

My approach is integrative, reflective, and grounded in psychological research. I offer a thoughtful and supportive space where emotional difficulties, life transitions, and relational challenges can be explored with care and depth.

I work collaboratively, helping clients develop greater self-understanding, coping strategies, and emotional resilience. Therapy may focus on present difficulties, personal development, or longer-term patterns linked to identity, relationships, and life experiences.

Alongside individual psychological support, I also offer groups and workshops for companies, focusing on wellbeing, communication, and emotional resilience in professional contexts.
