Kate Low
Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering relational, compassionate therapy for adults navigating emotional and relational challenges.
I am an integratively trained psychotherapeutic counsellor. I bring an open mind and respect to our sessions together, drawing on a range of theories and approaches to support clients with diverse needs and experiences.
My work is grounded in compassion and collaboration. Together, we will explore your experiences with kindness and curiosity, supporting greater self-awareness, enabling you to know and trust yourself more.
How I work
I work relationally, whereby the relationship we co-create is key to therapeutic change. As we explore both past and present, we may begin to notice your relational patterns, your ways of being in the world, and the ways these have shaped your sense of self and connection with others.
Therapy offers space to reflect on both challenges and strengths, nurturing self-acceptance and self-compassion while encouraging awareness of thoughts, feelings and sensations in the present moment. Through this process, therapy can help you make meaning of your experiences, process your difficulties, and discover new ways of moving forward with greater freedom and choice.
I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, shaped around your needs.
