I am a Counselling Psychologist with a doctorate from City, University of London, and a Master’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health from King’s College London. Alongside my private practice, I work within the NHS and at Arthur Rank Hospice in Cambridge, supporting people across different stages of life and with a wide range of psychological and health-related challenges.
I offer a thoughtful, compassionate therapeutic space in which individuals can explore their experiences, relationships, and internal worlds, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic models, including:
