HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist offering Brainspotting, Somatic Internal Family Systems-informed therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and recurring emotional difficulties.

I am a Clinical Psychologist working with adults online and in person in Cambridge. My approach combines psychological understanding with attention to emotional and bodily experience, creating space to explore difficulties with curiosity, compassion and care.

Sometimes, understanding why we struggle does not fully change how we feel. You may have explored your experiences in talking therapy yet still find yourself caught in familiar emotional or relationship patterns. I offer a thoughtful, collaborative approach that attends to both your understanding of these experiences and how they are felt in your body.

How I work

I adapt therapy to your individual needs, drawing on Brainspotting, Somatic Internal Family Systems-informed work, mindfulness and self-compassion.

Brainspotting uses eye positioning alongside attention to emotional and bodily sensations to explore difficult experiences. IFS-informed parts work offers a compassionate way to understand different aspects of ourselves, including those that criticise, protect or carry painful feelings.

Together, we can explore recurring patterns and develop a more compassionate relationship with your inner experience. My work places particular importance on the therapeutic relationship, moving at a pace that feels manageable and allowing space for change to unfold.
