I offer a warm, intuitive approach to wellbeing and spiritual development through Reiki, conscious connected breathwork and trance mediumship healing. My practice welcomes curiosity and individuality, offering space to pause, explore your experiences and reconnect with yourself.

How I work
My approach brings together energy healing, breathwork and spiritual exploration. Sessions may focus on one modality or combine approaches according to your interests and preferences, with the option of including sound and crystal healing.
Reiki offers a quiet, restorative experience, while conscious connected breathwork provides an opportunity to explore the relationship between breath, emotions and awareness. My trance mediumship healing practice draws on an altered state of consciousness and my connection with a spirit guide.
Alongside individual sessions, I teach Reiki at all levels and mentor students through Reiki Share gatherings. I also facilitate breathwork workshops and mediumship development circles, creating opportunities for learning, practice and connection.

I trained with the Breathing Space School of Breathwork and co-teach on its breathwork facilitator training programme. My work also includes teaching Reiki at all levels, mentoring practitioners and facilitating spiritual development groups.
