Claire West
Integrative Counsellor and Clay Therapist offering collaborative, creative support for adults and young people aged 13+, through talking therapy, clay, creative arts and parts work.
I am an integrative counsellor working with adults and young people aged 13 and above. I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences with curiosity and compassion.
I believe that you are the expert on yourself. Together, we can explore how you experience yourself and the world around you, making sense of what may be happening beneath the surface. You do not need to arrive with everything worked out—we can begin wherever you are.
How I work
My approach is integrative and client-led, drawing on different ways of working to suit your needs and preferences.
You may wish to talk, explore different parts of yourself, or use creative approaches such as clay, drawing or painting. These can offer another way to express and explore experiences that feel difficult to put into words.
There is no expectation to be artistic or to use creative materials. You remain in control of how we work together, and we will find an approach that feels right for you.
