Hello — looking for support can feel like a big step, and it takes courage even to begin. I am an MBACP-registered Counsellor with experience supporting adults through bereavement, anxiety, and depression. I offer a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly, at your own pace, and without judgement.

My aim is to help you feel truly heard and supported, creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable, respected, and able to explore whatever you may be facing.

How I work

My approach is warm, kind, and empathetic. I work collaboratively, alongside you, to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring my work to each individual. Therapy is shaped around your needs, allowing space for reflection, understanding, and gentle change.
