Dina van Well
Psychologist and Cognitive Hypnotherapist offering inclusive, compassionate support for trauma, limiting beliefs, and personal transformation.
I welcome people from all walks of life, nationalities, socio-economic backgrounds, races, sexual identities, and religious beliefs. I offer an open-minded, non-judgemental, and compassionate space where you can explore what is holding you back and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Before becoming a therapist, my background was in diplomacy and financial planning, and I continue to have a strong interest in neuroscience, imagination, and the mind’s capacity for change.
How I work
My approach is grounded in Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy, which profoundly changed my own life and helped me work through trauma, limiting beliefs, and unhealthy relationship dynamics. Through this process, I became more authentic with myself and others, empowering me to make better choices and experience deeper connection, meaning, and joy.
Therapy is collaborative and experiential. I work gently but effectively to help uncover unconscious patterns, shift deeply held beliefs, and support emotional healing. Many clients are surprised by how quickly meaningful changes can begin once they take the first steps.
