Dipti Daryanani
MBACP-registered Counsellor and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working with adults offering a compassionate and reflective space
I offer a compassionate and reflective therapeutic space where you can explore your inner world, deepen your understanding of yourself, and find meaning in your life experiences.
Therapy provides an opportunity to pause, reflect, and gently explore the emotional patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape who we are. Together, we work towards greater self-awareness, helping you understand longstanding difficulties and move towards lasting emotional change.
How I work
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which explores how past experiences and relationships can continue to influence our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships in the present.
I believe that by developing a deeper understanding of ourselves and the unconscious patterns that shape our lives, we can begin to relate differently to ourselves and others. Therapy offers a safe, confidential, and thoughtful space to explore these experiences at your own pace, with curiosity and compassion.
Every therapeutic relationship is unique, and I work collaboratively to support you in making sense of your experiences and discovering new possibilities for growth and emotional wellbeing.
