Zoe Conn
BABCP-accredited CBT Psychotherapist offering practical, compassionate support for adults and young people experiencing anxiety, trauma, and low mood.
Hello, I’m Zoe — a psychotherapist living in Cambridge with my young family and two cats. I have worked in mental health since my twenties and have practised within NHS Talking Therapies since 2009, where I currently work as a Senior Clinician.
I aim to offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences and feel supported in finding a way forward.
How I work
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, and I integrate these approaches to offer practical, evidence-based, and compassionate support. Therapy is collaborative and focused, helping you identify what is maintaining difficulties and develop tools that support meaningful change.
My work is shaped by both clinical experience and a strong belief in people’s capacity for growth, resilience, and recovery when given the right support.
